Change of Address

You can update your personal contact details online via the Member Login Facility or submit the below form, so that we can update your personal file within APRA’s records.

Bank Account Details
 

New Zealand Accounts

This form is for APRA members to notify and/or advise of a change of their New Zealand bank account details to APRA.  Future royalty payments will then be made directly to this account.

Australian Accounts

This form is for APRA members to notify an Australian bank account to APRA. Future royalty payments will then be made directly to this account.

Foreign Accounts

This form is for APRA members to notify their overseas bank account details, i.e. outside New Zealand and Australia, to APRA for royalty payments.   Please note if you move overseas, we will also need to confirm your current tax residency status.

Letter of Authority

This is an authority form, where APRA members can confirm to APRA that another person, such as a manager, accountant or lawyer, can have access to the member’s APRA details.  Please note, without this form, APRA will not provide members’ information to any other party, and will only provide information to the member concerned.

Letter of Authority - Cancellation

This form is used when an APRA member wishes to cancel an existing Letter of Authority, that APRA has on file.

Notification of Management

This form allows APRA members to notify APRA that they have a manager and provides their contact details which are added to the members’ APRA file.  If someone wishes to contact an APRA member, we do not give out their details, but if there is a Notification of Management on file, we will provide the manager details.

GST Information

For APRA|AMCOS to administer GST, APRA|AMCOS writer members need to be individually registered for GST. 

We have approval from the Inland Revenue Department to issue Buyer Created Tax Invoices (BCTI's) for the royalties and the GST.  If you complete and return the BCTI Agreement, we will be able to automatically add GST to your NZ royalty payments.  Please note, the BCTI Agreement relates to your APRA and/or AMCOS earnings.

To administer GST for past royalty payments, you will need to provide APRA|AMCOS NZ Ltd with the appropriate tax invoice.

Parental/Guardian Authority Form

Applicants who are less than eighteen (18) years of age at the time of their application for writer membership are required to obtain their parents or guardian’s permission before their application can be finalised.
