The forms in this section are used to either update your personal information or report performances and uses of your music for royalty payments. A number of forms can be completed and submitted online, and others must be printed out, completed and mailed to APRA|AMCOS.
Each of the forms will require personal information about you. The APRA|AMCOS Privacy Policy explains how APRA will use the personal information you provide in these forms.

You can also use the Members’ Login Facility to register new works; view your registered works and royalty statements; complete Live Performance Returns and change details like your address and bank account information. To log on you need your member number (6 digits) your surname, and your password, which is your APRA IPI number (9 digits).
