The licence is relevant to venues (being a hall, function centre or similar) which hire out to third parties and covers performances at functions. The licence does not include promoted concerts or events (see Events).
Unless otherwise specified, all APRA|AMCOS licences are offered on an annual basis. Where appropriate, fees are subject to an automatic annual adjustment in accordance with the percentage rise in the consumer price index.
