Fitness Centres

Most gyms use music in some way, for example, during aerobic classes, in the cardio theatre or in the café or music-on-hold over the telephone. Many gyms also compile their own music mixes for such use. Successful gym managers agree that music is one of the elements that help define the style and ambience of their centre.
